Run for Annie and the Westpac Chopper Appeal

Just over a year ago we lost a very important person in our lives - Annie Clay. Annie had the most positive outlook on life. She was a social butterfly and is the reason why many of us are friends. In memory of Annie, her friends have now decided to run distances they never thought were possible at the Hawkes Bay Marathon.

Annie was also a dedicated employee at Westpac Bank in Palmerston North. Westpac are an amazing sponsor of the Westpac Chopper Appeal. Fundraising money for the Westpac Chopper Appeal is an awesome opportunity for us to continue Annie's hard work.

Many of ours and Annie's friends live in rural communities, where the sound of a rescue helicopter is a common occurrence. Chances are, one of us or someone you know will require its services one day.

Running the Hawkes Bay event on May 14th 2022 provides a great opportunity for us to stay active, reconnect and raise money for a great cause. Your support would be greatly appreciated!
