Running 10km's every day, for 30 days of June

Gumboot Friday is an awesome organisation that gives young Kiwis the support they need and deserve through a free counselling service. The amazing thing about Gumboot Friday is that EVERY CENT goes to counselling for kids and young adults!!!

"You’d be hard-pressed to find a New Zealander who is fighting as tirelessly for our collective happiness as Mike King", this passion and advocacy for mental health is inspiring and has consequently inspired me to take on this challenge.

Although I love fitness, 3-5km once a week is my comfort zone and I've only run 10km+ four times!

I want to put skin in the game through 30 days in a row of 10km running. To show rain, hail or shine, fresh legs or in pain, we all have the power to achieve our goals and make a difference :)

Supporting my little quest through any donations will provide real tangible action to young New Zealanders who more than deserve it, so please get behind it!
