amended: now running 2,125 km in 30 days Stopped as return of covid from previous week, still suffering @ 9.4.24

sorry all. had to stop 1/2 way thru day 4 as my covid returned from the week before i started. in 2 weeks ive done 2 x 1 km walks and a 5 km walk. sunday i will try another 5 km at a faster rate walking hopefully. thx chris
