A fundraising page to raise money for Multiple Sclerosis New Zealand to support people living with MS.
Canterbury
This May our whānau are lacing up our shoes for the Selwyn Marathon, running for a cause that is close to our hearts. Below is a list of the lengths our whānau are walking/running.
Grace, Alex, Lindsay - Run 10km
Jess, Hamish, Sam - Run 22km (Half)
Jenny, Donna - Walk 10km
We are running in honour of our beautiful Granny Rona, who lived with Multiple Sclerosis (MS). MS is a lifelong condition that affects the brain and spinal cord, making even simple things more challenging over time.
All funds raised will go to Multiple Sclerosis New Zealand, supporting research, advocacy, and vital services for the thousands of New Zealanders living with MS. Your donation helps ensure that people with MS, and their whānau, have access to the care, information, and support they need.
Regular donations make a big difference to the mahi of MSNZ, enabling them to plan effectively, reduce administration costs, and put more time and resources directly into the community. Every contribution, big or small, helps us move one step closer to a future with better treatments and more support for those affected by MS.
Ngā mihi nui for helping us honour Granny Rona’s memory and support others living with MS. Every kilometre we run is for her, and for everyone walking this journey.
