    A huge thank you to those who have donated and for everyone's supporting messages. You all helped beat my target of $1000 NZ for this worthy cause

    I did it. I finished all five runs of the Coastal Five in Taranaki.

    What fantastic runs and really supportive crew.

    I finished each event in very respectable times and positions, so I'm very happy from my personal running perspective too. Take no notice of the activity stats on this page, I did far more training than that.

    Thank you all again, we did it.

  • Just over a week to go till the Coastal Five

    I am in the last week of training and have put in far more kilometers than what I have recorded on this page. But thanks to all of you, your donations to Pet Refuge topped the $1000 target I set. THANKYOU. The Coastal five is 19 and 20 November and I commited to finishing all 5 events. Your support helps greatly knowing your donations are making a difference.

    Week 10 of training for the event done!

    Just over 5 weeks to go till the Coastal 5 event.

    Longest run this week was 1.5 hours and I managed 18 Km. Very happy with my progress to date.

    Thank you to all the doners, the funds are over the half way mark.

    Very happy with my Sport Tee and Singlet prints ready to continue training and keep the message out there.
