Nineteen Scarfies running for Free Radical Research
Otago, Dunedin City
We are nineteen second-year Otago Uni students proud to run 1,900 kilometres through April to raise funds for Otago's Centre for Free Radical Research which looks for innovative new ways to diagnose or treat: Cancer, Cystic fibrosis, Heart Disease, illnesses associated with prematurity among other issues. Few systems in our body have such a wide-ranging effect on so many serious diseases. We are proud to support the Centre as they continue their groundbreaking research into Vitamin C and its effects on Cancer among other projects.
