Let’s talk Women’s Mental Health.
Pre and postnatal depression.
Loss of a child.
Loss of an unborn child.
Birth injuries.
Peri/Menopausal.
Conditions such as endometriosis.
Infertility.
Sexual Assault.
Eating disorders.
Domestic Violence.
All of these complex issues have an immense impact on a females mental health.
SO MANY WOMEN SUFFER IN SILENCE.
For a lot of women, they don’t feel comfortable to speak up about their struggles. Instead- they go on to fight their own battle with zero support or guidance.. resulting in a sense of failure or lack of self worth.
This is not what we want for our women.
I want to let all women out there who are suffering know that I see you and I hear you.
I want you to feel supported.
Over the next 3 MONTHS, I am going to be running or walking 5km+ per day.
For every kilometre I travel, I will donate $1 to the cause.
I will also be hosting a 24HOUR event through my studio gym (@Resetfitness.studio). Throughout the 24hrs (5pm Friday 10th of March - 5pm Saturday 11th of March) we will have a treadmill running non-stop! During this time we will be booking people in (15minutes minimum) to help tick off as many kilometres as possible; walking or running - with additional sponsors to match $1 per km! We will also be offering a few mini competitions as well! (As seen in the gallery).
