Running to create conversation around mental health

Kia ora, our names are Cam & Henry. We are two young blokes born & bred in Aotearoa. Both currently based in Queenstown & Wanaka we find ourselves seeking outdoor activities as a way to express & create conversation around our own mental health.

With this being said, we came up with the idea of running & summiting Queenstown's 3 main peaks in one go... Ben Lomond, Remarkables & Coronet then back into town to finish up. You may be wondering, WHY?...

Well because its going to be hard, and by being hard it'll facilitate those hard conversations we need to have. Both of us have lost many we hold dear to ourselves due to mental health battles. We know first hand the struggles our people here face and because of that we want to do our bit to get behind I Am Hope and all the good they are doing.

For those reading this outside of Queenstown, we would appreciate any donation immensely. For those of you closer to us, we would love for you to come and join in on our journey on the 1st November 2024. We hope that we can create a space where everyone feels seen and wants to talk about whats going in their own heads.
