Running for Kids@CARE - Auckland Marathon 2013

    A huge thank you to all of you who contributed so generously to enable John to raise $1050.00 towards the provision of subsidised counselling for needy children and their families @ CARE Waitakere Trust. http://www.carewaitakere.org.nz/ John completed the Marathon today in 3.56. A little slower than he would have liked because of a few problems with his hamstring but he was still very pleased to have achieved 5th in his age group :) Thank you again for your generous support.

    The Management of CARE Waitakere Trust is encouraged by your generous support as the total grows slowly but steadily. This will help the Trust continue its policy of providing counselling for children on a donation basis. Your support has been particularly encouraging too for the two Child Therapy Specialists who work with such dedication with the children who are referred to the CARE Waitakere Counselling Service. John is on target with his training. He is in good form and is hoping to finish in the top 5 in his age group. Thank you again for your generous support.
