Hestia Rodney Women’s Refuge is a not for profit organisation dedicated to supporting families to live violence free. We are here to provide confidential services that are tailored to your needs. Should you, or someone you know, need support, advice or general information you are welcome to make contact with one of our advocates.

As an independent community organisation we work at many levels. From our contact with individuals and families through to involvement with local community and government agencies, we strive to help prevent and stop domestic violence.

This is a cause is very close to my heart, their services were invaluable to me. They provide a confidential safe service, which women can come to or access in the community, when their abusive domestic situations are no longer tolerable. We support women in their choices without judgement, promote empowerment through knowledge, equity in relationships and the safety of children as being paramount.

Developing a community environment, which accepts responsibility for the safety of family / whanau from violence and abuse
