As a trustee of The Fred Hollows Foundation New Zealand I am fortunate to see (if you'll excuse the pun!) first hand the fantastic life changing difference made with our donations. And as a past participant I know this run is a good personal challenge.
As a proud kiwi I really appreciate being able to exercise, how lucky we are to live in our fantastic country, doing good, testing oneself in competition, and the value of a good challenge and goal.

Thank you so much for all those that gave for your support. It was a great day on Waiheke. While the run didn't quite go as well as I had hoped I got there and even achieved 5th place. But more importantly I got to fly the flag for a great cause as Fred Hollows himself would have done and raised some money to help end avoidable blindness in the Pacific. Thank you!
