Sam's massive run for youth mental health

Sam is fresh off a world record run of 677 km and after only a week and a half's recovery, he's back at it in another last person standing race.

How long will it go? Who knows, but it's definitely gonna suck. It will be brutally cold, painful and the body, mind and soul are still feeling pretty rough after over four days and nights on foot last week.

The message is clear, this will suck, but eventually it will be over. Kinda like the hard times in life, they aren't forever. Just focus on that light at the end of the tunnel, even if you can't see it in the moment, trust that it is there waiting for you and push through.
