It's time for us all to stand up NZ and support our youth!

Our suicide stats in NZ are mind-blowing, but now we have a chance to make a difference, remove the stigma around mental health and raise a generation of kids who know they are loved and we have their back!

Let's get rid of the "she'll be right" attitude New Zealanders have held for too long. This isn't working. It's time for a different approach. That approach is listening without judgment. It's not trying to fix everything, but being a caring person to someone in need.

We can all do our part in making the change we all want to see.

100% of money raised for I Am Hope goes directly to the kids to get them FREE counselling.
