Participating in Fitbit MoveMeant Challenge 2022

I’m taking part to encourage each and every person to add some movement to their day - no matter how big or small!
We all get so caught up in our routine and daily life that movement often gets put on the back burner. Even adding 10 minutes of movement to your day can improve fitness, strength & relieve stress.
There are so many beautiful things to appreciate throughout New Zealand - so combining movement with sightseeing and fundraising for Diabetes NZ is a win-win-win!
My goal is to hit 150,000 steps over the two weeks
