The Grand Annual Jolly Good Chaps Napier to Wellington 50cc Scooter Challenge is a somewhat torturous charity event where participants ride a 50cc scooter from Napier to Wellington.
It’s all about raising as much as we can for our chosen charities which this year are I Am Hope, Awhi Trust and The Jolly Good Chaps Charitable Trust.

Cyclone Gabrielle dealt a savage blow to my family, our home and my trusty scooter 🛴 meaning there was no hope of riding as planned in February. Thanks to great friends and contacts I have an awesome red Vespa 🛵that will carry me to Welly on 29 April - giving I am Hope and flood relief funds to those who need help. Please support me on this ride above the flood.
