Pancreatic Cancer Sucks and needs to be researched more so less family's have to go through what we did.
Nationwide
In November 2022 my mum Janet Morgan was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. We didn't know much about it, only that most people don't survive long after diagnosed. She made it to the 3% club, (living longer than 12 months) living 20 months from diagnosed.
I'm wanting to raise awareness and money for research and the hospice by shaving my hair off, unfortunately due to circumstances out of my control I'm unable to do this on world pancreatic cancer day 21st November. I will however update you on a date as soon as possible.
Gut Cancer foundation has help me understand what my mum was going through and the hospice looked after all of us.
Jess wants to join me. 8 October 2024
It's not set in stone, but Jess said she would like to shave her head for nanzie too.
