I'm shaving my head to raise funds for the Child Cancer Foundation in support of my brave god-daughter Ingrid and all kids fighting cancer.

Why I'm Shaving My Head for Ingrid
My beautiful niece and god-daughter Ingrid is 13 years old. She should be worrying about school assignments, netball tournaments, (she was selected to play for a school team to travel to Tauranga but now cannot play), hanging out with friends, and all the normal things that come with being a teenager. Instead, she's fighting Hodgkin's Lymphoma – a type of blood cancer that has turned her world upside down.
Ingrid's faced chemotherapy with a strength and grace that leaves me in awe every single day. She's an absolute trooper dealing with this shitty situation that no child should ever have to face. I've felt helpless, angry, and heartbroken – but I've also been inspired. If she can face cancer with such bravery, the least I can do is shave my head in solidarity and raise funds to help other kids like her.
The Child Cancer Foundation provides vital support to children with cancer and their families across New Zealand. They offer practical help, emotional support, and financial assistance when families need it most. They've been there for Ingrid and her family, and I want to give back.
So I'm asking for your help. Every donation will make a real difference to kids fighting cancer and their families. If Ingrid can lose her hair to chemo, I can lose mine for a cause that matters.
Please donate if you can, and share this page with others who might want to help.
