Shaving my hair for Kirstee

    So... tomorrow I won't have any product in my hair so that'll be... um... interesting ;-)

    Because of that, I thought I'd post some ordinary hair pics as before shots in case my hair is feral tomorrow (quite likely) ;-). The reason I'm avoiding product tomorrow is that my hair needs to be clean and dry before the shave so that I can donate it to Freedom Wigs in Dunedin. I'm not sure yet whether they'll be able to use hair as wild as mine in wigs, but I'd love to try anyway :-)

  • Day before the shave...

    Hi all!!

    Both myself and Kirstee are totally overwhelmed by the amazing generosity shown both through donations and through loving comments.

    Not long now until I wing my way down to see Kirstee, and do the big shave!

    Once again, thank you for the mighty support. Together we have raised around 6 weeks worth of ozone therapy and IV vitamin C treatments to boost the effectiveness of the chemotherapy.

    If I haven't been able to thank you personally, please accept my thanks for such an overwhelming and generous response. You have all directly contributed to the well-being of this awesome woman, your donations are being used in their entirety to give Kirstee the best possible chance of fighting this.
