Greetings,

As many of you know I have had a beard since November 2014, and I am very attached to it. But over the past few months I have considering shaving and starting over. It dawned on me that I could use this opportunity to help raise some money for a cause and charity close to my family.

I will be raising the money for The Meningitis Foundation Aotearoa New Zealand.

I am going to run a charity shave event at the Chipping Sodbury Cricket Club on the 8th of July at 9pm (8am, Sunday, NZT) which I will also Facebook Live for all you back in NZ to be able to watch!

On the 3rd January 2014, we lost a part of our family that can never be replaced. Courtenay was a vibrant young lady who had the world at her feet, she was special character who had a positive effect on everyone she met.

I really want to raise awareness and money to help The Meningitis Foundation | Aotearoa New Zealand, so other families don't have to go through all of the pain involved with such a loss.
