KIA ORA FRIENDS! Shan and Abs (Shabs) here! We've decided to do something even more crazy than our day to day shenanigans and SHAVE OUR WEE NOGGINS!!! Why you may ask?

1. After my (Shan) personal experience with thyroid cancer last year, I got a taste of how scary that 'C' word can be. Luckily it was cured by surgery alone, but it definitely gave me insight into the harsh reality of cancer for some people, and I want to show my gratitude to one organisation which offered me support during that time. And beautiful Abs is joining in for the ride <3

2. We want to 'shear' the love and raise awareness for CanTeen - an awesome charity doing awesome things everyday!

3. Attempting to understand a small part of the struggle many cancer patients have to go through, so that we can relate better as future doctors

4. Raise some funds and have some fun! #YOLO

Working in the healthcare system has made us more aware of the cancer in our community. We want to share this awareness and help raise money for a fab cause!
