Skydiving for the Invisible Heroes

Hi, I’m Tyler — a Mental health crisis Nurse in the Bay of Plenty. Every day, I see the quiet strength of young people who care for their loved ones battling mental health challenges and addiction. These young carers are often invisible to services, known as glass children — always looking out for others, but rarely seen themselves.

So I’m doing something completely out of my comfort zone. I'm facing my fear of heights and jumping out of a plane to raise money for Unseen Heroes NZ, an incredible organisation that supports young carers and helps protect their mental health.

Each dollar you give helps Unseen Heroes provide these kids with support, time out, and the tools to look after their own well-being. It gives them space to connect with others, take a break, and just be kids — without the heavy pressures placed on them at home.
