Someone is going to row 40km for his 40th Birthday

Kia ora, was going to throw a big party for my 40th. Plans have changed so tomorrow morning, I will be up before the birds to smash out 40km on my rower. Most of my whānau and friends know I have been rowing 10km everyday for 460 plus days. I started this on a day where my own mental space is never really that great. August the 24th 2021, on that day 1990 my pāpā passed away. So I am calling out a few bros to make donations, instead of shouting beers, cocktails and shots make a donation here. No goal for an amount to raise but it would be awesome to see what we can do. If we crack $1000 I’ll do 42km in gumboots next Gumboot Friday and run another one of these. Gonna leave this open until the end of next month, I crack 500 days on the 6th of January. I have set myself a goal to hit 1000, no days off until the 20th of May 2024.
