I'm called Sophie and I am 7 years old. I am competing in my first Weetbix Kids Tryathlon to help people with bad backs.

My friend Catriona is paralysed. She's done a marathon on a hand bike & ridden to the bottom of Mt Everest. I stayed with Cat & went swimming with her. Her legs don't work so she has really strong arms. She is amazing. I am doing the Weetbix Kiwi Kids Tryathlon on 20th March because I want to raise $500 (or more) for Cat's charity CatWalk to help lots of people with bad backs. I will try my hardest and do my best to achieve this goal.
