- 90x sumo drops
- 300 calorie rower

I am currently set to do all in one go:
- 70 squats
- 70 star jumps
- 75 push ups
- 75 leg raises
- 64 shoulder press
- 64 bent over rows
- 60 kicksits
- 45 sumo drops
- 170 calorie rower

Putting my body and cardio on the line to help our future generations with mental health care and compassion! Spreading awareness that it is okay to not be okay; and making sure that there will be someone there 24/7 for anyone who needs it in their darkest times!
I have updated the goal as we are getting so close to the first one that I put out there. Thank you for your support and I promise to go hard on October 7th in support of our precious community and the mental health support that is needed.
