Fundraising for 100 Wild Kaimanawa Horses. 100 Days. 100 Lives Saved.
Nationwide
Hi everyone, my name is Stella and I am 16 years old.
I really want to raise money to help save the wild Kaimanawa's. My goal is to raise $1000 as this is enough to save a horse from the upcoming muster and give it a future.
***ALL FUNDS RAISED WILL GO STRAIGHT TO THE KAIMANAWA LEGACY FOUNDATION GIVEALITTLE PAGE AND CONTRIBUTE TO SAVING A KAIMANAWA***
If I reach my goal of $1000 I will also be entered in the draw to win a place at Kelly Wilson's 21 day Kaimanawa workshop, which has always been a dream of mine to attend. My main focus is to raise money to save the Kaimanawa's though, as this is a cause very important to me. The Kaimanawa's are amazing horses and are very deserving of a second chance.
The 100 Kaimanawa Horses - 100 Days Project is an initiative to save the Kaimanawa's led by the Kaimanawa Legacy Foundation founding board member, Kelly Wilson, whose team is based in Taupō. Her property is fully equipped with the facilities, experience, and passion to give these horses a future— but we can’t do it without your help.
The money raised will help to cover:
• Gelding costs
• Ulcer treatment and veterinary care
• Travel and accomodation support for volunteer handlers
• Transport subsidies, especially for South Island homes
• Feed & care during stockpiling
• Hay and balage
• Training & rehabilitation
