Super September - 30-day challenge

Super September is a 30-day challenge where I will add ten daily/weekly/monthly goals to challenge myself. Life gets hard, and we all go through periods where times get tough.

I want to challenge myself to show myself and others that we are capable of achieving more than what is “normal” strenuous life and that we can achieve so much more than we think if we just put a little effort in every day by adding ten additional (realistic) daily goals set by others:

I will complete each of the ten goals daily for the 30 days of September.

I am choosing Gumboot Friday as my foundation to fundraise for, as they are helping connect young people with counsellors or therapists.
