During my internship at Hōhepa Canterbury, I fell in love with their mission of supporting people with intellectual disabilities to live their best lives. From their inclusive programs to their fun events, every time I spent at Hōhepa showed me the incredible impact they make in our community. This cause has inspired me through my Auntie Hannah who had intellectual disability. Though she is no longer with us, I know she would have been happy to see me supporting this wonderful community.
That's Bruce in the photo with me! He's part of the Hōhepa family, and I am taking the leap (literally!) to support him and others at this amazing organization. Your sponsorship of my bungy jump will help Hōhepa continue to create more opportunities for people like Bruce to live their fullest lives.
