Great motivation to Kickstart me to a healthier lifestyle to get fit and into a good habit including exercise in my daily life. All while supporting a fantastic cause that supports our future generations.

10 Day's To Go! 20 April 2022
As we near the last couple days to reach the goal set out by each participant and with the long Easter weekend some participants may be feeling the target being a bit far to reach! While some participants are smashing their goals!
Just keep going and you may surprise yourself - set yourself a daily target and step by step - we know you can do it!
