    I’ve just hit 105,300 metres in the pool! That's 4,212 lengths – each one representing a Kiwi living with Parkinson’s. So moving steadily toward my 325 km goal for the year.

    Thank you for all the support so far. It seriously motivates me getting back in the water. Almost a third of the way there!

    Quick update from the pool!

    Since Jan, I’ve swum 68,700 metres… that’s 2,748 lengths, each one representing a Kiwi living with Parkinson’s.

    That means with your encouragement we’ve acknowledged 21% of the community so far. Still a long way to go, but I’m feeling strong and grateful for every bit of support.

    Thanks for keeping me going. This is for Mum, and for all 13,000 New Zealanders living with Parkinson’s. 💜
