Raising funds for the ongoing work of the Gloriavale Leaver's Support Trust, through handmade recycled paper greeting cards.

A few months ago I went to the the Gloriavale documentary premiere in Wellington. At the Q&A someone in the audience asked, "For the 700 people who have just watched these stories unfold, how should we respond to what we have just heard?" I was moved by hearing how much support the Gloriavale Leaver's Support Trust offer to those who leave this high demand community. I was challenged by how much of that is done pro bono, and on volunteer time.
With my love of craft, and constant need to de-clutter, I have been busy making up recycled paper greeting cards. With Christmas just around the corner, I've sold at a few markets and it's been a great success. Through this givealittle page you too could 'take some cards and leave a koha!'
How this works:
1. Make your donation online (including a reference if you would like some cards)
2. To receive some cards, flick me your postal details in an email: powell.alexjane@gmail.com
3. I will send you a bunch of handmade recycled paper cards by mid-December*
4. Together we gift the Gloriavale Leaver's Support Trust a donation this Christmas!
