Te Hā Tama Ariki Drop-In Midwifery Clinic

Te Hā Tama Ariki by Helensville Birthing Centre is a Midwifery and Breastfeeding drop-in clinic. Whānau can drop in with no appointment needed, for pregnancy tests and checks, midwifery support, postpartum and breastfeeding support, and anything related to having a baby. We provide a safe space to talk and can help with mental health and wellness. Sometimes having a baby can be overwhelming, and we are here to support and nuture whānau in this vulnerable time. We opened in August 2023 under a pilot program, and have been so privileged to be able to support the wider community over the past year. We are now raising funds for the running costs of clinic to continue providing this amazing service, and are taking part in the 11km Traverse across the Auckland Harbour Bridge as part of the Auckland Marathon.
