Parnell Ice Bath Challenge – Adam Siddall

Team Parnell – Adam Siddall

**4 Teams. 4 Locations. 1 Icy Mission!**

Parnell is stepping up to the challenge!

Adam Siddall is representing Parnell in **Elite Community's Great Ice Bath Challenge**, going head-to-head with Ponsonby, Pakuranga and Papatoetoe to raise funds for Gumboot Friday.

The challenge? Brave the freezing water, stay immersed for as long as possible and raise as much money as we can for young Kiwis needing mental health support.

### TWO WAYS TO BACK ADAM!

**DONATE NOW!**

Make a donation of any amount to Team Parnell. Every dollar helps us climb the fundraising leaderboard!

**SPONSOR HIS ICY SECONDS!**

Think Adam can handle the cold?

Pledge any amount for every second he stays immersed in the ice bath.

$1 per second for 60 seconds = $60!

The longer Adam lasts, the more you give!

Per-second pledges will be recorded separately, with donations collected after Adam's final time is confirmed.

### WHO WILL WIN?

Will Parnell take out the title for the longest ice bath or raise the most money?

There's only one way to find out!

**Back Adam. Back Parnell. Make every second count!**
