Melanoma Ski-nZ 2018 Event Cancelled
1 February 2018It is with deep regret that Melanoma New Zealand is announcing the cancellation of this year’s Ski-NZ Event which was to happen from the 24th February – 3rd March 2018.
After undertaking a review of our obligations under the Health and Safety at Work Act (HSWA) the Board of Melanoma New Zealand determined that the organisation is not in a position to organise the event this year if it was to meet all of its obligations under the Act. All registered riders and sponsors will be receiving a 100% refund for any money paid to Melanoma New Zealand. We are extremely grateful for the tremendous support we have received over the last 5 years and apologise for any inconvenience caused, but we are convinced that this is the prudent decision and in the best interests of all parties involved.
