This is what old gals do!!

Nationwide

We are a couple of “old gals” driving another “old gal” from Auckland to Bluff in April 2021

We are part of a convoy of 20 cars (none of which could be purchased for more than NZ$2,000!!) driving through New Zealand on roads less travelled and raising money along the way for Multiple Sclerosis NZ and Hopeworks Foundation which is the “go to” umbrella organisation for those suffering from brain injuries.

We are honoured to say that our “old gal” has been donated to us. She has seen a lot of years and a lot of kilometres but we intend to drive her carefully all the way to Bluff. There she is taken off us and auctioned with all the proceeds going to the above charities. Then we have to find our own way back to Auckland!

As those of you who know us well will know, we can be bossy and loud so we thought we would call ourselves the Blue Broomstick and will be decorating our car accordingly!

As you can’t be with us in person on this wonderful adventure, we really hope that you will help us raise funds for these excellent charities.

We want to thank you in advance
