I'm climbing the Mount 38 times in 50 days to raise money for the TECT Rescue Helicopter. Please help support me in this challenge. Thankyou
Bay of Plenty
Have lived in Tauranga for 10+ years now, I'd never walked up The Mount, in fact I had done nothing physical for years and am overweight and completely unfit. I've been struggling with bad depression for 3 years now and have struggled to speak out about it.
Walking up The Mount during Christmas 2019 for the first time, I had an epiphany and felt good for the first time in a long time. After keeping up the walking most days, I'ver decided to enter this challenge, not only to help me feel better and get fitter, but the TECT Helicopter is a great cause.
Also for those of you not aware, I received some lung damage during chemotherapy a few years ago, so this does not come easy to me at all.
I would love it if you could support me in climbing The Mount 38 times in 50 days. A donation would be amazing, but also feel free to come along and support me in person.
I hope you can help me achieve this goal and raise some money for a great charity along the way.
Thank you :-)
