Sharing my IRONMAN journey to raise money for Gumboot Friday and Iamhope.

I have been lucky enough to receive amazing professional support throughout my own mental health journey, and I believe everyone should have access to counselling sessions. I have joined with Gumboot Friday and Iamhope to help raise awareness and assist under 25's getting meaningful counselling sessions with a quick turn around.
