Walking home on a beautiful Auckland evening...
... 1 more week of MOvember to go, and what a fine MO I have...
Arguably, I should lose the goatee though...
Another session at physio today - MOvement being a crucial part of health...
And the MO is now sort of visible....
Whenever you have the option, it's great to walk instead of drive...
... this photo taken along Auckland's Viaduct Harbour, 6.15pm on a beautiful spring evening, on the way back from a meeting...
And looks like it might be time to unleash the MO proper soon!
Being put through my paces by the kids...
... some serious facial growth happening if you look close enough!
Tell your friends to donate! - and set a MOvement challenge for me to complete in their donation comments!
The family that MOves together...
Out and about in a sunny Sunday morning!
Mimi MOving for science learning - creating a 'cycle blend' colour wheel, combining energy and paint.
Check it out at the MedTech exhibition on at Silo Park until November 11th, or online at www.cycleblend.co.nz
MOvement is a family activity!
Here's Caleb, right after Waterpolo practice...
All about mo-vement today...
... photo taken immediately after a torturous "physio" session...
Attempting to smile... A little bit of stubble showing...
Yesterday, November 1st, I was very lucky to be participating in a development session with a bunch of colleagues, at a beautiful venue at Northridge, north of Auckland.
Hence the sun-filled photo amongst the trees!
And today - November 2 - we finished up the wonderful time at Northridge around 4pm, and I took the opportunity to rip up to Omaha to get into the water for a paddle - soul-soothing stuff.
Sun, seawater, and a little bit of chin-shadow...
