Tommy's marathon for the Little Miracles

Earlier this year, my wife and I welcomed our daughter Maya into the world. Maya had a difficult start to life. When she was born, she was not breathing. Doctors rushed to save her life, and in the days following, she required specialist support. Maya was cared for by Wellington NICU. Their dedication and expertise enabled Maya to go from strength to strength. The Little Miracles Trust offered us invaluable support and encouragement during this time. The Trust's work is critical for any family facing a difficult journey with their baby. I am pushing myself to run the Auckland Marathon (my first ever marathon!) because I want to raise money for The Little Miracles Trust and help them to help others facing difficult times. I would love it if you could donate something to the Trust. These donations will help push me on the day to finish the full 42.2kms. Despite Maya's immense challenges, she is now a happy and healthy 9-month-old. I will be thinking of her every step I run on November 3.
