First ever triathlon completed!

I did the medium course in 1 hour and 9 minutes with the help of my trusty steed. Yes, it rattled loudly, and I was all glamour, with a loo roll in the basket so I could blow my nose which was streaming with seawater. I saw some people laughing in what I took to be a supportive way, and felt the love from everyone who was there or who so generously donated. That is you.
