I beat cancer! Now I’ll attempt to conquer a marathon!

Nelson / Tasman

I’m Glenville Stiles and I’m a CANCER SURVIVOR!

When I was diagnosed 16 years ago it was a life changing experience forcing me to rely heavily on the support of others. For this I am eternally grateful.

17th March marked my 65th birthday, so as a celebration of my second chance at life I’m attempting my first 42km marathon Easter weekend.

All proceeds raised will be gifted to Nelson Tasman Hospice who provided me with amazing care and support during my time of need.

Thank you for following the journey, whether it inspires you to donate or not, we hope it blesses you and raises awareness for the incredible work of the hospice team.

Kia ora. My name is Judith and I am thrilled to be able to join Glenville and the others on Glen's epic challenge. I have been through cancer treatment twice and am very grateful for all the support I got during those times. I am also very grateful for health, wellness and opportunities thrown my way. I enjoy walking so hopefully will enjoy this challenge even at the 21 km Mark!
