I am entering Taupo and Port of Tauranga half ironman distance triathlons to raise awareness but more importantly some funds to assist the team at Spinal Cord Society in Dunedin (my birth-town) chase down the cure for Type 1 diabetes and Spinal cord injuries.

Knowing people experiencing these challenges on a daily basis, I hope to help in just a small way!
