I'm running the Rotorua and Hamilton Marathons and taking part in the Westpac Chopper Bike Ride to raise funds for New Zealand's rescue helicopters.
That's three big days - but Chopper crews put in a big day every day to keep Kiwis safe.
10,000 people every year are helped by the Choppers. Please give generously to help them carry on their lifesaving work.
