Volunteering Solomon Islands - Honiara National Referral Hospital - Embarking on my next adventure.

Throughout my career I have enjoyed working for organisations that make a difference to local and overseas communities. Through the NZDF both in New Zealand and overseas Peace Keeping missions and more recently with the Department of Conservation supporting Biodiversity, and now within NZ Police.

And now I get to use my previous experience of Logistics and more recently as a Business analyst where I will work with the Honiara National Referral Hospital Stock Control Adviser with VSA.

I was lucky enough to be involved in the 50th Anniversary of Antarctica and got to met the legendary Sir Edmund Hillary. I now get the privilege to be part of the VSA family as they celebrate the 60th anniversary, of which Sir Edmund Hillary was a founding president of VSA for 13 years, from 1963 until 1976.
