Walk of Remembrance

My name is Jesse McCormick and I am writing to you today to seek sponsorship for my upcoming event called the "Walk of Remembrance." The walk will begin on the 4th of November at Stirling Point Bluff and end in Picton on the 23rd of November. I plan to walk from Gore to Picton, which will take approximately Twenty One days to complete.

The purpose of this walk is to remember those who have passed due to Suicide. As someone who has personally lost a loved one to suicide, this is a cause that is very close to my heart. I am looking to raise money for the organization: R.A.T.S (Riders Against Teen Suicide).

During my walk, I will be raising funds for R.A.T.S from Gore to Ashburton, and possibly The Cancer Foundation from Ashburton to Picton. I plan to seek sponsorship from like minded people like yourself, who are interested in supporting this cause. In return, I would be more than happy to showcase your sponsorship through social media and video documentation of my journey. Additionally, I plan to have a live broadcast of my journey, so your sponsorship will be visible to a broad audience.

To complete this journey, I would require a rental campervan to travel behind me and provide me with a place to sleep at night, food, water, and fuel for the trip. Therefore, I am seeking your support to help me make this event a success. I would be honored to have your support in any way possible, and I believe that together we can make a significant impact.
