I just wanted to reach out and wish you all good luck for the upcoming half-marathon. It's an amazing thing you're doing, and to do it in support of kids in Samoa makes it all the more incredible - so thank you very much.

UNICEF's response to the deadly measles outbreak in Samoa has been aided by the tremendous response from New Zealanders. Although we are getting on top of the outbreak, our work is far from over.

The money you raise will be used to help us vaccinate and protect the remaining hard to reach children in Samoa. As well as helping provide additional support, supplies and information for families, over the coming months, leading to an additional round of vaccinations to boost immunity.

I hope you get an amazing amount of support from your friends and family.
