We are three young people aiming to complete the Kathmandu Coast to Coast in 2020 to raise money and awareness for the I Am Hope campaign (created by Key to Life). This campaign helps young people all over New Zealand get the help they need through free counselling. We are putting ourselves through vigorous training for the next 8 months to show people how exercise is essential for not only our physical health, but for our mental health too. Any donations towards this cause for mental health awareness would be greatly appreciated.

Many young people can't get the counseling they need as the price is too expensive and the resources aren't avaliable for them. We want to change this and show how exercise is vital for mental health and personal well-being. Donate to this cause to help change young lives.
