I simply wish to raise money for the families that have been affected by this terrible attack.

I want to start this off by saying this is not n entirely selfless act, although it is the the drive behind it, I too benefit from doing this both mentally and physically. However I am ultimately doing this in thought to all the 50 people who lost their lives in the recent attack. I am still completely shocked by this and felt the energy and need to do something. I started with a 7km run, then did 50 x 1 minute rounds on the boxing bag with 30 seconds rest between rounds. This was also all completed in a fasted state (no food for 16 hours). I would love to raise money for all those families affected from this attack, so any money donated will go towards the families at this tough time. I know there are allready many streams of money being raised, but what’s the harm in one more. I put myself through pain and suffer, but am able to push on because I truly believe that, “The fight in me is powered by many, for I believe that we are one”. One Love

I simply wish to help out by putting my mind and body through struggle to show my love and respect for the 50 lives that have been lost and families affected. To do this, I started with a 7km run, then did 50 x 1 minute rounds on my boxing bag with 30seconds between rounds. I plan to post this up on social media, with this link in thehope to raise more money.
