I have 2 teenage girls struggling with mental health and trying to get them any help is impossible. The only way we can make change in this country, is if we speak up for those who don't or can't have a voice. I am screaming loudly here, for help for my babes, for help for our teens in Aotearoa.
For my birthday this year, I ask that you spare anything you can to help our teens and support this fantastic cause.
