I Am Hope have an important role in my life and have supported me when I needed it the most. Mental Health is a topic I am passionate about and I want to help I Am Hope's mission to kill the stigma around it!

I run a podcast which is returning soon and this is all about Mental Health, expanding the conversation and continuing to normalize this topic.
