Raising money to go towards Wellington bird rehabilitation trust. Caring for and saving lives of wildlife birds in the Wellington region.

Wellington

I will be running the Round the bay half marathon in 2020 on behalf of The Wellington bird rehabilitation trust.

I have had a couple of hip surgeries in the past couple of years which mean i have been unable to participate in events like this, so i am very excited to finally be given the all clear to take part and what better way than to do it and be able to raise money for an awesome cause!

This is an incredible organization, filled with people who go above and beyond to help birds that have been injured, are sick or are unable to survive on their own in the wild.

To help benefit hundreds of birds daily, there is a must for medications, surgeries, facilities and all of that would be nothing without the awesome people who devote their time for these animals.

All the money raised will be donated directly to this organization and go to towards future care and support for these amazing creatures.
